Australian Business Council Dubai is a dynamic, business-focused community that aims to inform and
facilitate connectivity to support business growth in the Gulf.
A 21 year old nonprofit membership organisation, Australian Business Council Dubai is one of the busiest business councils in the GCC, with a range of networking, information and social activities that encourages cooperation amongst businesses operating in Australia, Dubai and the Gulf.
The Council is a voice of the business community and works closely with both Australian and local Governments to advise and support initiatives that foster relationships and influence policy on behalf of its members.
With over 900 members, the ABCD incorporates 7 different categories of membership to Australian citizens, local branches of Australian companies, agents of Australian companies, companies or individuals who have business relationships with Australia and those companies who are looking to market their goods and services to the Australian community in Dubai.
“The Australian Business Council Middle East Association (ABMA) is a commendable initiative linking the Australian business groups in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). By creating a digital platform that provides combined information on the activities of the associations in the GCC, Australians and Australian companies world over can connect with the ABMA community, and get a better understanding of the business opportunities in the region. On behalf of the Australian Trade & Investment Commission MENA, I would like to congratulate the ABMA team on this endeavor, and encourage Australian businesses and Australians working in the GCC to take advantage of the connectivity and services the portal offers.”
